The Reality of Private Higher Education in Kurdistan Region- Iraq For Period (2010-2020): An Analytical Study

This researchaims to study the reality and development of private higher education in Kurdistan Region Iraq both qualitatively quantitatively determine problems challenges that suffers from region hinder compatibility between outcomes labor market. The research examined official data Ministry Higher Education Scientific Research concerning universities institutes period 2010-2020. adopts descriptive-analytical method reach its objectives solve problems. found despite growth number universities, institutes, students faculty terms quantity, this did not match by qualitative one. Additionally, many challenges, including; lack teaching staff disciplines buildings their own. In conclusion, presented several suggestions, Revising law line with country's needs future expectations, encouraging members increase scientific knowledge, conducting further research, reducing promotion procedures. addition providing necessary administrative financial facilities for investors implement investments field constructing expanding institutes.
